How much do you charge?
This is the million-dollar question and the one that everyone wants to know! It is very difficult to answer that question without viewing your property first as it will depend upon the size of the windows and how often you want us to come and clean them.
Do you offer discounts for regular bookings?
Yes, we will offer a small discounted rate for regular customers compared to one-off cleans.
This is because regular cleaning will ensure your windows are in better condition, and will therefore take less time. That’s not to say we do not welcome one-off cleans – we are extremely flexible and will do whatever you prefer.
Where do you work?
We work across South Suffolk, primarily in Ipswich, Capel St Mary, East Bergholt, Stowmarket, and Felixstowe! If you're not sure if we would cover your area, just ask!
How can I arrange a quote?
I live in a flat, would you be able to clean my windows?
Yes. Our high-reach water pole system means that we do not need to rely on ladders, we are able to reach high windows whilst remaining on the ground – much better for health and safety!
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
There is no right or wrong answer to this question, frequency is down to you, however, we would recommend regular cleaning to maintain the appearance of your home or commercial property and to ensure it remains in top condition.
We offer regular cleaning on whatever frequency you prefer; monthly, 6-weekly, or quarterly – just let us know what you would prefer! Typically, we would usually recommend a 6, 8, or 12-week cleaning schedule.
However, please don’t be put off if you are only looking for a one-off clean – we are just as happy to visit you as and when you wish.
How will I know when you are coming?
Whilst we try to stick to the same day of the week every time we visit, sometimes we are simply unable to do so – however, we will always stick to your agreed cleaning frequency.
We will let you know the day before we are due to visit which will give you the chance to leave any gates open so we can access the back windows. As well as checking that you are happy for us to visit, it also enables us to schedule our time so we can let you know a rough idea of our arrival time – ideal if you are worried about leaving your property unsecured.
Why should I bother cleaning my windows during the winter months?
It might seem illogical to clean your windows during the cold and rainy weather, but it is just as important to maintain your cleaning frequency year-round to ensure perfect results every time.
Contrary to what many people may think, rainwater will not make your windows dirty so we will be there come rain or sunshine!
The only time we may not be able to clean your windows is during extreme weather which may make it unsafe for us to do so. If that is the case, we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
Why do you use the pure waterfed pole system?
This is a relatively new technology and has revolutionised the way that window cleaners work. Gone is the traditional bucket, ladder and squeegee – in its place is a high tech, lightweight and high-reaching pole which allows us to use pure, filtered water on your windows via a special soft bristle brush especially designed for cleaning windows.
Pure water is preferable to ordinary tap water as it will dry completely clear, rather than leaving drips and watermarks if not dried thoroughly. This is particularly important in hard-water areas such as Ipswich.
Do you provide any other services other than just washing windows?
Yes of course! We do not just clean windows, we can also clean fascias and soffits, conservatories, solar panels and weatherboard cladding. Just get in touch!
